In 2015, we decided to start from scratch and found FREO in Spain. With determination and a shared vision, we started a new management company in a market undergoing transformation.

2015-2025
Between 2015 and 2025, we led the expansion and consolidation of FREO in Spain, with the acquisition of multiple assets and portfolios and the development of office projects in Barcelona and Madrid. During this decade, we formed an exceptional team of 12 professionals, whose capacity, rigor and commitment allowed us to deliver outstanding results to our partners and investors.

After consolidating a solid and experienced team, we executed investments exceeding €1.2 billion, achieving returns above initial expectations.
