At GE Capital Real Estate, we are leading the management of a portfolio of more than 1.1 billion in offices, logistics and retail, learning to generate value in one of the most complex periods in the market
2015
In 2015, we decided to start from scratch and found FREO in Spain. With determination and a shared vision, we started a new management company in a market undergoing transformation.
2015-2025
Between 2015 and 2025, we led the expansion and consolidation of FREO in Spain, with the acquisition of multiple assets and portfolios and the development of office projects in Barcelona and Madrid. During this decade, we formed an exceptional team of 12 professionals, whose capacity, rigor and commitment allowed us to deliver outstanding results to our partners and investors.
2025
Velora Capital was founded in 2025. After a decade of success at FREO, we feel the need to undertake our own project, built on the experience gained, in-depth knowledge of the market and the trust of our partners. Velora was born with the purpose of continuing to do what we do best — investing, transforming and creating value — but now with our own vision and way of understanding the business

2015
In 2015, we decided to start from scratch and founded FREO in Spain. With determination and a shared vision, we launched a new management platform in a market undergoing deep transformation.
2015-2025
Between 2015 and 2025, we led the expansion and consolidation of FREO in Spain, acquiring multiple assets and portfolios and developing office projects in Barcelona and Madrid. Over this decade, we built an exceptional team of 12 professionals whose skill, rigor, and commitment allowed us to deliver outstanding results to our partners and investors. After consolidating a solid and experienced team, we executed investments exceeding €1.2 billion, achieving returns above initial expectations.
2025
In 2025, Velora Capital was born. After a decade of success at FREO, we felt the need to embark on our own venture — built on the experience gained, our deep understanding of the market, and the trust of our partners. Velora Capital was created with the purpose of continuing to do what we do best — invest, transform, and create value — but now with our own vision and way of understanding the busines.
